The role supports the Quality Systems & Compliance function across document control, training coordination, purchasing control, and complaint management. It ensures compliance with relevant Abbott Policies and divisional documentation requirements, with emphasis on managing change control, performing impact assessments for divisional documents, and maintaining effective document retention practices.
The position manages the Affiliate training program per Abbott Policy, overseeing the site training matrix, execution of training assignments, ComplianceWire administration, and facilitation of new employee Orientation.
It also supports purchasing control by reviewing POs to ensure use of approved suppliers, maintaining supplier documentation such as SSA and criticality assessments, and tracking supplier reevaluation activities to ensure timely completion.
Additionally, the role handles consumer complaint registration within defined timelines, maintains complaint documentation in TrackWise, and ensures accurate and uptodate complaint tracking.
