Job Description - Sr. Executive Production
Location: Avadi, Red Hills Road, Kattur, Thirumullaivoyal, 600062, Chennai, Tamil-Nadu,
India
Department: Production
Key Responsibilities: -
Workflow Management: Strong knowledge of production planning, production process,
delivery commitment and dispatch coordination. Optimizing the tasks based on 4M concept
with in a budget.
Supervision: Preparing work schedule, assigning tasks and managing manpower to meet
customer demand.
Quality Control: Monitoring production output to ensure meets strict specifications and
company standards.
Safety & Compliance: Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring a clean, hazard-free
environment for all workers.
Performance Tracking: Compiling production & maintenance records, Production MIS report,
analyzing data for inefficiencies and reporting progress to senior management.
Training & Mentorship: Providing ongoing trainings to enhance the skills and productivity of
the workforce.
Maintenance Coordination: Day-to-day repairs, preventive maintenance, and vendor
relationships to ensure operational efficiency and minimize equipment downtime.
Key Requirements & Skills
Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in a corrugated and wooden box industries or
manufacturing industries with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role of 20 Hindi speaking
labour's
Education: Diploma / B.E
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
Leadership: Self driven in target driven environment, Strong ability to lead a team, excellent
communication skill, self-motivated, and resolve conflicts within a CFT.
Problem-Solving: Quick analytical thinking to troubleshoot operational issues in a fast-paced
environment.
Production Practices: Proficiency in implementing 5S, Kaizen, Gemba, Poka yoke, Kanban,
Lean manufacturing, JIT and TPM
