Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sr. Executive Production to manage plant operations, handle hazardous chemicals, and ensure smooth production processes in a pharma intermediates facility. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience with plant equipment, and expertise in DCS operations.
Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (Regular)
- Minimum 60% throughout academics
Experience
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Pharma Intermediates / Chemical Industry
- Minimum 2 years of independent experience in DCS Operations
Key Responsibilities
- Handling production operations in a pharma intermediates plant
- Managing hazardous chemicals and ensuring safety compliance
- Operating and monitoring equipment such as:
- Distillation columns
- Reactors
- Filters
- Scrubbers
- Dryers
- Pumps
- Working as Shift In-charge and supervising plant activities
- Ensuring compliance with GMP guidelines and pharma documentation
- Participating in and supporting internal and external audits
- Maintaining SOPs, batch records, and process documentation
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and pharma documentation
- Hands-on experience in process operations and troubleshooting
- Exposure to various pharma audits (internal/external)
- Good communication and team management skills
- Ability to work in shifts and handle plant operations independently

- Background in Pharma Intermediates industry
- Experience in handling hazardous chemicals and DCS systems
