About the Role:

We are looking for a Sr. Executive Pre-Sales to lead and strengthen our pre-sales and telecalling function. This role will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, improving lead qualification quality, driving site visit generation, and ensuring strong CRM discipline across the funnel.

In addition to individual contribution, this person will play a supervisory role within the pre-sales function by guiding telecalling executives, monitoring performance, improving processes, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.

The ideal candidate should bring strong communication skills, team handling ability, CRM rigor, and a sharp understanding of how to convert enquiries into qualified appointments.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Management & Customer Interaction

  • Handle inbound enquiries from prospective customers and provide accurate information about Ratnaakar's projects.
  • Conduct outbound calls on leads generated through digital campaigns, databases, and other lead sources.
  • Engage with prospective buyers to understand requirements, budget, intent, and buying timeline.
  • Ensure timely qualification of leads and schedule relevant site visits for the sales team.
  • Follow up consistently with interested prospects to improve appointment conversion.
  • Team Supervision & Performance Management.
  • Support and guide the pre-sales / telecalling team in day-to-day calling activities.
  • Provide coaching, direction, and on-ground support to improve calling effectiveness and lead qualification quality.
  • Monitor team productivity through key metrics such as call volume, response time, appointments generated, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback discussions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Help maintain discipline, consistency, and accountability within the pre-sales process.

CRM, MIS & Reporting

  • Ensure timely and accurate updates in CRM/LMS for all leads, follow-ups, remarks, and stage movements.
  • Maintain strong data hygiene and process compliance across the lead management system.
  • Track lead ageing, follow-up delays, and funnel bottlenecks, and escalate issues where required.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports covering lead status, appointment generation, conversion trends, and team performance.
  • Use CRM and reporting insights to identify gaps and suggest corrective action.
  • Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Coordination.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality, response efficiency, and site visit conversion.
  • Assist in refining call scripts, qualification criteria, and follow-up workflows.
  • Develop and implement better telecalling and pre-sales practices to improve business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align pre-sales activity with broader business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, customer expectations, and best practices in telecalling and pre-sales operations.

Compliance & Quality Control

  • Ensure adherence to company processes, calling standards, and data handling practices.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions.
  • Ensure that appointments passed to the sales team are relevant, well-qualified, and actionable.
  • Contribute to improving customer experience during the first stage of the sales journey.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field
  • Minimum 24 years of experience in telemarketing, pre-sales, telesales, or inside sales
  • Preference for candidates with experience in real estate or property sales
  • Prior experience in a senior telesales, team lead, or supervisory pre-sales role will be preferred
  • Strong spoken communication skills in English, Gujarati, and Hindi
  • Strong leadership ability with experience in guiding or managing a telecalling / pre-sales team
  • Good understanding of lead qualification, appointment generation, and customer handling
  • Strong MIS, reporting, and CRM software skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/LMS tools
  • Strong problem-solving, coordination, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
