Sr Executive - Master Data

BASIC OBJECTIVE
The Vendor Master Onboarding Associate with Diligent tool expertise ensuring accurate vendor data management and compliance across the organization as per agreed SLA.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Supports strategic initiatives in Third-Party Risk Management, Data Governance, and Regulatory Compliance.
- Streamlining vendor onboarding processes to reduce cycle time and improve operational efficiency.
- Leveraging the Diligent platform for due diligence, risk assessment, and governance reporting.
- Maintaining high-quality vendor master data to enable reliable procurement and financial operations.
- Supporting compliance with global standards and internal policies, mitigating risks associated with vendor relationships.
- Coordinate with Buyers, Suppliers and other Stakeholders to get the necessary information for agreement execution.
- Ensure vendor onboarding processes adhere to established SLA commitments.
- Develop, update and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process maps to ensure clarity, compliance, and operational efficiency.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in vendor management.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Experience in a shared service center environment is an advantage.
- Familiarity with vendor onboarding tools such as Jaggaer.
- Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate as a team player.
- Adopt a customer-centric approach by prioritizing customer needs and delivering value at every interaction, while engaging effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment, collaboration, and successful outcomes
- Knowledge of Mandarin Chinese & THAI are an added advantage.
