Hiring: Sr. Legal Documentation Executive Legal Revenue Documentation (Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review negotiate real estate contracts, agreements, MoUs and notices
- Ensure proper formatting, stamping and registration of legal documents
- Maintain centralized repository of agreements, contracts legal documentation
- Verify compliance with legal regulatory norms (RERA, municipal rules, property laws, etc.)
- Assist in collecting organizing land documents for legal due diligence
- Prepare and submit regulatory documents declarations as required
- Coordinate with external advocates, consultants panel lawyers for legal opinions case handling
- Communicate with clients regarding legal requirements, queries documentation processes
- Track and manage signed agreements, renewal timelines repository updates
- Maintain status of ongoing cases and prepare case notes or summaries when required
Candidate Profile
Education
- Graduate in any discipline + LLB
Experience
- 5-8 years of experience in real estate legal documentation, contract drafting regulatory compliance (essential)
Skills Required
- Excellent drafting, communication negotiation skills
- Strong legal documentation contract handling capabilities
- Familiarity with RERA and real estate regulatory frameworks (critical)
- Knowledge of litigation mortgage procedures (preferred)
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Fluency in English, Hindi Gujarati (written spoken)
- Ability to draft in English Gujarati preferred

- Flexible, proactive willingness to learn
- Good organizational multi-tasking abilities
- Must own a two-wheeler with valid license
