This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Executive-Email Marketing, based in our Noida office. The Sr. Executive will be responsible for end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including creating templates, segmenting email lists, scheduling campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics. Additionally, the role involves maintaining email databases, ensuring effective delivery, and aligning strategies with overall marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will also collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive engagement and conversion through impactful email content and strategies.

• Experience in Market Planning and Market Research to develop effective email marketing strategies
• Strong Communication skills for creating engaging email content and collaborating with teams
• Understanding of Sales processes and proficiency in leveraging email campaigns to generate leads and conversions
• Knowledge of Marketing principles and best practices to align email strategies with broader goals
• Proficiency in email marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics for monitoring campaign performance
• Attention to detail and ability to execute tasks efficiently in an on-site, team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
• Experience in a tech or IT-driven business environment is a plus
