Position: Sr. Executive -HRBP

Function:Human Resources (Generalist / HRBP / HR Operations)

Location: Kolkata-Sector V

Experience Required: 3-5 Years

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive SeniorExecutive Human Resources to join our team in Kolkata, Sector V. This role is a blend of HR Business Partnering and HR Generalist responsibilities, focusing on driving HR operations, employee engagement, and

end-to-end people processes. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to business leaders while ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers for HR-related queries, policies, and processes.
  • Partner with business teams to understand workforce requirements and support in manpower planning, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Manage and execute core HR operations including onboarding, confirmation, performance management, grievance handling, and exit formalities.
  • Support implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Provide insights and reports to leadership on HR metrics such as attrition, engagement, performance, and workforce analytics.
  • Collaborate with the HR leadership team on strategic initiatives and contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and policy reviews.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with payroll, compliance, and other HR functional teams. Desired Candidate Profile.

  • Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of progressive HR experience in HRBP/HR Generalist/HR Operations roles.

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws,and statutory compliance.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of ownership, integrity, and problem-solving ability. What We Offer
