The Insurance Information Bureau of India (IIBI) is looking for a dynamic
Sr. Executive - HR (Talent Acquisition - IT Recruitment) to lead and manage recruitment processes for IT positions across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in IT recruitment, along with a strong understanding of HR operations and payroll processes. This role demands excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders. The candidate should have a proven track record in recruiting top IT talent, ideally within the insurance or financial services sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring IT professionals to meet organizational needs.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process for IT roles, including job requisitions, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, negotiations, and successful onboarding.
- Sourcing & Networking: Leverage multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, headhunting, and networking events to create a strong IT talent pipeline.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand technical and business requirements and deliver recruitment solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Candidate Screening & Selection: Evaluate technical and behavioral aspects of candidates to ensure the best fit for the role and organizational culture.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to provide insights and maintain competitive advantage.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, produce detailed reports, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- HR Operations Support: Provide support for HR operations such as employee onboarding, documentation, and coordination between departments.
- Payroll Process Knowledge: Work closely with the payroll team to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the payroll system, with a basic understanding of salary structures, deductions, and compliance.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to recruitment and HR best practices, company policies, and legal compliance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field from a reputed institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a strong focus on hiring for technical roles such as developers, network engineers, data analysts and IT specialists, etc.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leadership.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, build relationships, and work cross-functionally.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, ensuring a timely and effective recruitment experience.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address recruitment challenges and provide solutions that align with business goals.
- IT Recruitment Tools: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, social media recruitment platforms, and other sourcing tools.
