We're Hiring: Sr. Executive HR Employee Relations (BPO)

Location: Kudlugate, Bangalore

Designation: Sr. Executive HR Employee Relationship

CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA (Based on current/last drawn salary)

Working Days: 5.5 days/week

Alternate Saturdays Off

Sundays Fixed Off

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 1 to 3 years in HR Employee Relations in a BPO
• Strong knowledge in employee relation, employee retention, grievance redressal, and disciplinary processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage conflicts professionally
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems
• Experience in handling large employee bases and high-paced environments

Role Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for employee grievances and resolve issues sensitively
• Conduct employee connect sessions, skip-level meetings, and engagement activities
• Support disciplinary actions and investigations, and ensure proper documentation
• Ensure policy compliance, especially related to POSH, code of conduct, and HR norms
• Maintain reports and trackers for grievances, attrition, disciplinary actions, etc.
• Drive HR engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends for retention planning
