Role and ResponsibilitiesRole and Responsibilities

1. Should have knowledge of Ecommerce online sales Channel invoices generation, accounting and reconciliation (Shopify, Amazon, flipkart, Cred etc.)

2. Monthly GST Filing like GSTR-1 ,GSTR-3B using Tally

3. Raising PO according coordinating with warehouse for GRN and invoice accounting in Tally

4. Publishing Multiple reports like Open PO ,Purchases For the month, and follow-up with WH for the PO Status and filing the purchase invoices with PO-GRN-AP-Tally voucher and maintain in Soft & Hard copy

5. Experience in E-invoice & handling E-way bill, raising debit note and Credit note for shortage /Excess

6. Follow up with Ecommerce,, Channel partner for any Pending/Disputed Payments/Claims

7. Good working knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and payables.

8. Customer and Vendor accounts reconciliations and identify discrepancies.

9. Accounting for banking transactions and bank reconciliation.

10. Work experience in processing statutory payments like Customs duty, GST, TDS, PT, PF etc.

11. Manage month and year-end close process and provisions .

12. Maintain the Purchase report ,Average per unit price Report ,Item Master Creation and regular Checking with Sale price in Across platforms and SKU validation

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

B.com / M.Com

Experience of min. 3+years overall and min. 2 years in a similar role

Preferred Skills

1. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in e-commerce company is a must.

2. Working experience on Tally ERP software is a must.

3. Should have good written and oral communication skills.

Other skills required are related to problem solving, entering, and verifying data, knowledge of computers, various software applications and standard office equipment.
