This is a multitasking role for a candidate with good communication skills to effectively promote, support and implement ELCINA events and industry promotion as well as networking programs. Incumbent will liaison and network with the decision makers and with executives in the Electronics Industry responsible for sales, marketing, branding and sourcing.
The candidate is expected to research data and information of Indian companies from all segments of Electronic Systems, Design & Manufacturing (ESDM) industry and engage through direct and group emails, telemarketing, emailers, social media among others. The candidate will implement and support promotion and organization of all ELCINA Events and engage in all activities for success of the same.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads; build new corporate partnerships and maintain client relationships
- Manage and update participant databases; support reporting manager in achieving targets
- Execute promotional campaigns across social media, print, email, and outreach channels
- Develop event marketing materials (invitations, flyers, social posts) and manage social media presence
- Conduct market research and engage target audiences effectively
- Drive exhibitor acquisition and space sales
- Coordinate end-to-end event logistics including venue, branding, vendors, and on-site execution
- Liaise with vendors and ensure timely delivery of services
- Contribute to event promotions in publications and industry media
- Track industry events for planning and media listings
- Prepare post-event reports with insights and recommendations
