Role Overview
The Senior Social Intelligence Analyst plays a critical role in
leading advanced social intelligence projects and delivering strategic insights for global clients.
This role requires strong expertise in
social listening analytics, consumer insight generation, and strategic storytelling, along with the ability to manage complex research assignments and mentor junior analysts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end social intelligence and digital insights projects for global clients
- Design sophisticated Boolean frameworks, taxonomies, and analytical methodologies to capture relevant consumer conversations
- Conduct deep-dive analysis including sentiment analysis, conversation mapping, trend forecasting, and audience segmentation
- Identify strategic insights and emerging opportunities from large-scale social and digital datasets
- Translate complex data into high-impact executive narratives and strategic recommendations
- Develop client-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders
- Mentor and guide analysts and interns in research frameworks, data interpretation, and storytelling
- Ensure analytical rigor, data quality, and methodological consistency across projects
- Engage with internal stakeholders and clients to refine research objectives and analytical outputs
- Contribute to innovation in social intelligence methodologies, including AI-assisted analytics and automated insight generation
Skills & Experience
- 23 years of experience in social intelligence, digital analytics, consumer insights, or market research
- Advanced proficiency in social listening platforms (Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, etc.)
- Strong expertise in Boolean query design, taxonomy building, and conversation analysis
- Strong analytical capability with Excel-based data analysis and large dataset interpretation
- Expertise in insight storytelling and executive-level presentation development
- Ability to synthesize multiple data sources including social, secondary, and primary research
Education
MBA / PGDBM from a premier business school
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with global clients or international markets (especially US market)
- Exposure to AI/NLP-driven analytics, LLM-powered research workflows, or automated insight platforms
- Familiarity with data visualization tools or dashboarding platforms
