CLIENT: Premium gourmet and condiments brand into Cooking Pastes,Sauces, Ketchup, Puree, Peanut Butter etc
Incumbent will be responsible for ensuring an end to end Sales and Operation Planning process for India including both domestic and international business. Person with business acumen must only apply. This position proactively liaises with all functions i.e. sales, operations, logistics, supply chain to ensure a seamless sales and operation planning is maintained to achieve overall sales targets for the company with a clear profitability plan as per the Annual Operating Plan.
- Develop and maintain a robust 13-week rolling Sales Plan
- Build the S&OP protocol document covering order acceptance and process guidelines
- Work closely with Agri teams across factories to create a 13-week Green Arrivals Plan
- Conduct Inventory, Production & Sales analysis to support business decisions
- Lead and facilitate monthly S&OP meetings
- Drive agreed action items with systematic follow-ups
- Provide visibility for decisions related to outsourcing, production realignment, etc.
- Conduct inventory ageing analysis to improve working capital and stock turns
- Generate MIS reports covering performance metrics, exceptions, and solutions
- Use data analytics to drive informed decision-making across teams
- Collaborate seamlessly with Sales, Operations, Logistics & Supply Chain teams.
Requirements
- Commerce Graduate; Post-graduation in Data Analytics preferred
- 68 years of hands-on Demand Planning experience (PLANT BASED ROLE)
- Strong business acumen and proactive mindset
- Basic working knowledge of SAP.
ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 7-10LPA
