Job Description

Managing outstanding balances contact customers before they become overdue.
Sending Out periodic monthly statements of accounts to customers
Reconciliation of internal and external top line and bottom line with controller on monthly basis
Proactive involvement in credit simulation on new contracts and controlling new agreed credit limits.
Reviewing debts which have been provisioned follow up with customers
Ability to manipulate large amounts of data dashboards and reporting
Debt monitoring and forecasting
Perform analysis and devise a strategy for fund Collection
