Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Senior Brand Marketing Executive to help build, scale, and energize our Nutrition & Hydration brand. The role requires a strong understanding of consumer marketing, campaign execution, and brand storytelling, with the ability to translate brand strategy into high-impact, on-ground and digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute brand marketing strategies aligned with business and growth objectives
- Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across digital, on-ground, retail, and influencer channels
- Drive brand visibility and consumer engagement through innovative activations, partnerships, and sponsorships
- Collaborate with creative, digital, media, and activation agencies to deliver impactful campaigns
- Manage product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional calendars
- Ensure consistent brand messaging, tonality, and visual identity across all touchpoints
- Track campaign performance, analyze insights, and optimize future initiatives
- Support content planning for social media, athletes, fitness influencers, and brand ambassadors
- Coordinate with sales, trade marketing, and distribution teams to strengthen market presence
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 34 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in FMCG, nutrition, hydration, or lifestyle brands
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, brand positioning, and campaign execution
- Hands-on experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze campaign metrics and consumer insights.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
