Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Sr. Executive in AV Customer Support. The primary responsibilities include providing technical support and customer service for AV solutions, troubleshooting and resolving issues, coordinating with clients for service requirements, and maintaining documentation of tickets and resolutions. The Sr. Executive will ensure timely response to customer queries, collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery, and uphold a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and support skills with a focus on effective client communication
- Technical expertise in AV systems, integration, and troubleshooting
- Experience with smart networking solutions, security systems (CCTV and access control), and related technologies
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage service timelines and documentation
- Proficient in remote troubleshooting and collaboration tools
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving technology and customer requirements
- Relevant experience in AV support roles and familiarity with AMC services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
