Job Description

Conduct in-home physiotherapy assessments and evaluations for patients of various age groups and conditions.

Travel to patient homes as scheduled within assigned geographic areas.

Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on individual patient goals and clinical findings.Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.

Educate patients and family members on exercises, mobility techniques, and wellness practices.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to patient care.

Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with professional and organizational standards.
