Experience: Experience as an Instructor in Training of systems and projects (min. 2 to 5 years), Ex-Army, Ex-Navy, Ex-Air Force, Ex-ICG Candidates may apply
Job Profile
Trainers Role
- Training to customers (from armed forces) about the systems and projects manufactured by L&T in Defence & Aerospace domain
- Quick understanding of the system including Mechanical, Hydraulic, Electrical & Electronics sub-systems. Require good knowledge on Mechanical, Hydraulics, Electrical & Electronic systems
- Require good knowledge of Operation, Maintenance and troubleshooting on Defence systems (i.e. Radar systems etc.)
Training Aids Development
- Preparation of Training material (viz. Training PPT, Training Kits etc.) for successful conduct of the training. Ability to conduct technical review of new training module.
- Provide expertise to draft and finalize training material like Training syllabus and training schedule etc
- Ability to design training material to support a Train the Trainer approach.
Training Management
- Plan, organize and impart technical training to customers on operation & maintenance for L&T supplied equipment
- Handling the group of the participants for theory and practical sessions on various systems
- Ability to do good classroom management for smooth conduct of training
Training Co-ordination & Liaising
- Ready to travel to customer's locations for training based on the project need.
- Co-ordination with cross function for execution of training (Internal), Co-ordination with different teams inside company for execution of training program
