Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Sales (Waste Water & Water)

KSB Pumps Limited is seeking a proactive Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Sales (Waste Water & Water) to drive business by regularly engaging with consultants and end-users. This role is crucial for developing technical and commercial proposals, managing tender documentation, and expanding our sales network in the water and wastewater sectors.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Visit Consultants and End-users on a regular basis.
  • Perform technical proposals and develop process solutions together with consultants and end-users.
  • Provide Commercial proposals with or without support from an application engineer.
  • Prepare tender documents for consultants with or without support from an application engineer.
  • Expand and maintain the sales representative network.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients, typically contractors.
  • Keep Salesforce up to date on a regular basis, with or without support from an application engineer.

Skills:

  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with consultants and end-users.
  • Proficiency in developing technical and commercial proposals and process solutions.
  • Experience in preparing tender documents.
  • Strong negotiation skills for closing contracts.
  • Adept at expanding and managing sales networks.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce for CRM activities.
