Responsibilities and Duties:
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding processes, including joining formalities and documentation.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for various departments, including coordination with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Maintain and oversee HRIS data, employee records, and MIS trackers (Recruitment, Insurance, Payroll, etc.) ensuring 100% data accuracy.
- Manage attendance, leave administration, and time-office related activities.
- Prepare and review payroll inputs and coordinate with the Finance team for timely and accurate salary processing.
- Oversee employee lifecycle management including confirmation, transfers, role changes, and exit processes.
- Prepare, analyze, and present HR reports, dashboards, and monthly MIS to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, statutory requirements, and internal/external audits.
- Coordinate and support induction programs, training sessions, and HR initiatives across the institution.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries, providing timely resolution and effective HR support.
- Assist in updating SOPs, standardizing HR processes, and driving continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives to enhance employee experience and workplace culture.
