Job Description

Department: HR

Work Location: Sri City Campus

Experience: 5 7 years

Educational Qualification: MBA or MSW HR

Reporting to: Sr. Manager

Position: Full-time

Salary: As per Institution standard

Responsibilities and Duties:

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Manage end-to-end employee onboarding processes, including joining formalities and documentation.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for various departments, including coordination with hiring managers and interview panels.
  • Maintain and oversee HRIS data, employee records, and MIS trackers (Recruitment, Insurance, Payroll, etc.) ensuring 100% data accuracy.
  • Manage attendance, leave administration, and time-office related activities.
  • Prepare and review payroll inputs and coordinate with the Finance team for timely and accurate salary processing.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle management including confirmation, transfers, role changes, and exit processes.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present HR reports, dashboards, and monthly MIS to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, statutory requirements, and internal/external audits.
  • Coordinate and support induction programs, training sessions, and HR initiatives across the institution.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries, providing timely resolution and effective HR support.
  • Assist in updating SOPs, standardizing HR processes, and driving continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives to enhance employee experience and workplace culture.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced MS Excel
  • HRIS Management Eg. Zoho People.
  • Data Management and accuracy.

Any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
