Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager- HR & Admin

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, induction, and employee lifecycle management
  Manage payroll inputs, attendance, HR records, and HRMIS
• Ensure compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, labour laws, and other statutory
  requirements
• Organize employee engagement, welfare, and training activities
• Handle employee grievances, performance management, and HR administration
• Manage office administration, travel coordination, housekeeping, ID cards, and
  vendor coordination
• Support basic IT coordination and infrastructure management

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Any Graduate with 6-8 years of experience in HR & Admin, preferably from the Real Estate/Construction industry MUST.
• Strong expertise in payroll, compliances, HR operations, labour laws, and HRMIS.
