The firm partners with corporates across industries to deliver scalable, compliant staffing solutions and build high-performing, distributed teams.

Role Overview

We are expanding our Business Development team and are hiring Senior Business Development Executives and Assistant Managers who can drive new client acquisition, manage key accounts, and support large-scale, Pan-India staffing engagements.

This is a target-driven role with clear ownership of revenue, conversions, and account growth.

We are considering only candidates who meet all of the following. Profiles that do not meet these criteria will not be shortlisted:

38 years of Business Development / Sales experience in:

  • General Staffing
  • Contract Staffing / Flexi Staffing

HR Services / Recruitment / RPO

Proven experience in selling staffing / workforce solutions to corporates.

Hands-on experience managing large/key accounts and Pan-India staffing requirements.

Demonstrated track record of:

  • New client acquisition (hunting)
  • Achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced, field + inside-sales environment with daily/weekly reviews and dashboards.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closure skills.

Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities

New Client Acquisition

  • Identify, prospect, and convert new clients for General Staffing and HR services across sectors and locations.
  • Build and maintain a strong top-of-the-funnel pipeline through cold calls, meetings, references, events, and digital channels.
  • Revenue, Targets & Funnel Management
  • Own monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets.
  • Maintain clear funnel visibility: leads meetings proposals closures revenue.
  • Run weekly reviews with internal stakeholders on opportunity status, risks, and actions.

Relationship Building

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with HR, Procurement, and Business Leaders at client organisations.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction, repeat business, and references for new opportunities.

Experience & Skills Required

38 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in General Staffing / Contract Staffing / HR Services.

Strong exposure to Pan-India or multi-location staffing engagements.

Proven ability to independently handle the entire BD cycle (prospecting to closure to growth).

Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

High ownership mindset with comfort in a target-driven, review-focused environment.

Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams (Recruitment, Operations, Compliance, Finance).
