Role: Generative AI Engineer / Agent Developer
Experience: 13 years
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy endtoend GenAI solutions including prompt design, RAG, and tool integrations.
- Develop agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or custom orchestration layers.
- Implement retrieval pipelines with vector DBs and document processing (PDF, OCR, structured/unstructured data).
- Integrate enterprise APIs and secure data sources for agent actions.
- Optimize prompts, evaluate model performance, and improve reliability.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to convert business use cases into AI solutions.
- Contribute to internal AI frameworks, reusable components, and automation pieces.
Skills Required
- Strong Python and API development (FastAPI, Flask).
- Handson with LLM orchestration, embeddings, chunking, and RAG.
- Experience with LangChain/LlamaIndex or similar agent frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud AI services (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI).
- Understanding of vector stores, LLM evaluation, and observability.
- Good debugging, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
