Key Objectives of this role
This position is designed as a launchpad toward future Business Development leadership
Role Purpose
You will work directly with
- Japanese OEM customers
- Global executive team
- Engineering and product strategy groups
- AI and next generation product lines
From day one, you will be exposed to real commercial decisions not just administrative support

What You Will Do
Phase1 Accelerated Learning & Exposure
- Deep understanding of Customer & Visteon requirements for product
- Validate test cases currently deployed
- Perform system-level validation testing as per requirements and test plans
- Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools
- Collaborate with system, software, hardware, and QA teams
- Support validation activities on test benches, simulators, or vehicles (as applicable)
- Build solid network with development stakeholders from global technology teams
- Engage in customer-facing activities with major Japanese OEMs
- Support all layers; incl. executive -level customer meeting
You will not be limited to routine administration
You will be expected to think, question and propose.
Phase2 Ownership & Impact
As you demonstrate capability
- Develop smart system level validation plans to flush out hidden issues in the product
- Execute functional, KPI, regression, and performance tests
- Quick to build setup & test automation capabilities
- Develop ability to recreate difficult issues
- Support root cause analysis and verification of fixes
- Develop smart test plans to pull ahead product vulnerability testing

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Business, Finance or related)
- 2 4 years professional experience in a well-established Japanese company
- Strong logical thinking and analytical ability
- Business-level English & Japanese or strong commitment to reaching it
- High learning agility and ownership mindset
Preferred
- Automotive/Tier1/Technology industry exposure
- Experience in product roadmap development, product marketing
- Interest in embedded software-driven products
- International mindset and willingness to challenge the status
