Educational : Diploma / BE Mech / Equivalent.

Industry : Aerospace

Roles Responsibilites-

Shift InCharge.
Manpower handling.
Knowledge of CNC machine operating and manual programming FANUC, Heidenhain Controllers.
Machine OEE calculation.
Effectively utilize the available assets.
Knowledge on Continuous improvement activities.
7wastes, 5S, Cause Effect analysis
Lean implementation.
Handling the abnormality and taking the necessary action immediately.
Monitor the machine OEE and taking a necessary action
Rejection analysis
AS per the scheduled plan achieve the lines.
On time delivery.
Motivating the team.
Drive Kaizens
Achieve the production targets.
Parts assembly knowledge
Work in shifts
