Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and objectives.
Solution Design:
Develop innovative and cost-effective automation solutions based on customer requirements.
Create detailed technical proposals and presentations if required to effectively communicate the proposed solutions.
Estimation:
Conduct comprehensive cost estimations for automation projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, and any associated expenses.
Technical Expertise:
Stay updated on the latest automation technologies and industry trends.
Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team during client interactions.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and project management, to ensure seamless project handover.
Work closely with Design, Solution Design, Automation, vendors and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing and specifications for required components.
Proposal Development:
Create compelling and detailed proposals outlining the technical aspects, benefits, and value proposition of the proposed automation solutions.
Ensure proposals align with customer needs and expectations.
Client Presentations:
If required Deliver technical presentations to clients, addressing their concerns, and providing insights into the proposed automation solutions.
Participate in client meetings and discussions to build relationships and establish trust.
Risk Assessment:
Conduct risk assessments for automation projects, identifying potential challenges and proposing mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with the project management team to ensure realistic project schedules and budgets.
