Job Description

Broad outline of the Role
  • Responsible for driving day-to-day system and service engineering operations, with a strong focus on automation, API development, and AI-driven workflows. This role includes building agentic workflows for SIEM incident analysis and automated response, while ensuring high-quality delivery through efficient system operations.
  • This is an operational role that requires hands-on technical execution, along with the ability to seek guidance when needed.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
  • Technical / Engineering Degree (Computer Science, IT, ECE, or related field)
  • Hands-on experience with Python development and API integration
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong Python programming skills (mandatory)
  • Experience in API automation & RESTful integrations Understanding of SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of AI/LLM-based workflows or automation frameworks
  • Familiarity with agentic workflows / orchestration tools (e.g., n8n, LangChain, or similar) is a plus
Key Responsibilities
  • Support, maintain, and deploy system applications
  • Manage storage and system resources
  • Perform system installation and configuration
  • Support in technical analysis of software, hardware, and network systems
  • Perform integration and migration with existing systems
  • Maintain and update technical documents and procedures
Automation & AI (New Focus Area)
  • Develop Python-based automation scripts and APIs
  • Design and implement agentic workflows for SIEM incident analysis and response
  • Integrate SIEM tools with automation platforms via APIs
  • Automate incident triaging, enrichment, and action workflows
  • Publish dashboards to track automation outcomes, incidents, and project progress
Incident Handling Support
  • Work closely with senior/team leads for incident analysis
  • Translate incident scenarios into automated workflows
  • Troubleshoot issues highlighted by service assurance teams
  • Improve response efficiency via automation
Nice to Have (Preferred)
  • Experience with Azure AI / OpenAI / automation tools
  • Knowledge of RPA or workflow orchestration tools
  • Exposure to security automation (SOAR concepts)
  • Familiarity with vector databases / RAG (basic level)
Looking for a hands-on engineer who can:
  • Write Python code
  • Build API-driven automation
  • Create agentic workflows for SIEM incidents
  • Work alongside SMEs for incident logic + automation execution
