Sr. Engineer/Officer- Production

Key Responsibilities:

Production Operations:

• Ensure smooth daily production operations of LT cables at the plant.
• Plan and manage shifts, manpower allocation, and material control.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of targets.

Quality Management:

• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality protocols and industry standards.

Coordination & Collaboration:

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, procurement, quality, logistics) for effective communication and smooth operations.

Process Improvement:

• Identify operational bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, optimize resources, and reduce costs.
