Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Engineer based in Aurangabad. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and performance of assigned renewable energy assets, ensuring optimal energy output and addressing technical issues promptly. Daily tasks include monitoring asset performance, conducting routine inspections, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing operational strategies. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to safety protocols, and the ability to drive innovation in renewable energy asset management.
Qualifications
- Strong technical skills in renewable energy systems, asset performance optimization, and energy efficiency.
- Proficiency in monitoring and diagnostic tools, as well as maintenance and inspection protocols for renewable energy assets.
- Familiarity with data analytics, software tools, and reporting to drive decision-making and optimize strategies.
- Strong communication, team collaboration, and leadership skills to effectively work with diverse stakeholders.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in renewable energy or asset management will be a strong advantage.
- Must have knowledge of safety standards and compliance in renewable energy asset management.
