The Project
This is a 1.5 million sq. ft. of R&D centre and factory project in electronic city, Bengaluru, comprising of 2 basements and five towers of different height each. It is an SEZ and industrial construction project.
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
You'll Be Responsible For
- Provide informal guidance to junior colleagues and ensure team awareness of administration processes.
- Support diary management for Project Directors and Managers, while coordinating project office setup, IT equipment, and office facilities.
- Establish and maintain efficient filing systems, project email accounts, and correspondence records in line with the Mace Way.
- Oversee documentation processes, including archiving and client handover, while managing supplier orders, petty cash, and training records.
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support, including meeting arrangements, project directories, and coordination of site visits.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve net zero carbon transition goals, proactively managing emissions and reductions during project delivery.
You'll Need To Have
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in the relevant field.
