The role is responsible for software development /testing/
production deployment/ application code debugging process. This is an
operational role, responsible for delivering results that have a direct impact
on solution engineering for the assigned account/business and ensure delivery
of quality outcomes.
Responsibilities :-
1.
Provide solutioning support to sales teams in
the region/function.
2.
Experience in working with Production
support/Enhancement.
3.
Provide L2/L3 support to application Operations
for any design or repeated issues which needs Engineering intervention.
4.
Experience
in debugging application and database log files and web UI issues.
5.
Hands on experience in dealing with change
management.
6.
Hands on experience in PL/SQL programming.
7.
Hands on experience in MySQL ,PostgreSQL
database programming.
8.
Hands on experience in working with various AssureOne
application products of networking such as IP Access, IPVPN, SDWAN, MMSP,
Ethernet In SMARTS etc.
9.
Exhaustive experience in writing and application
code debugging and UNIX shell scripting as well as Perl scripts for automating
BAU activities.
10. Hands-on
experience in application bug fixing and performing root cause analysis.
11.
Hands-on Experience in automating applications
for reporting and fault management to reduce human dependency by large
12. Conduct
L1 and L2 team training and preparing SOP documents .
13.
Application Configuration changes requested by user or as
per system demand.
14.
Preparing software development calendar
15.
Preparing reports and dashboards on project time
deviations, rework time etc
16.
Conducting
development testing and reports testing issues to supervision
17.
Identifying and tracking bugs, assessing
nature of bugs, and executing corrective actions
18. Production application support in weekend
(application / OS planned activities).
Desired Skill sets1. PL/SQL programming.
2. Unix Shell programming.
4. MySQL, PostgreSQL database programming.
3. Knowledge of creating HLD and LLD
4. Good understanding of use cases and able to create
solutions relating to the use cases.
5. Proficient with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Access,
Power point, Visio)
6. Understanding of technology and services related to the
domain.
7. Familiar with software applications and tools.
8. Good Knowledge on coding/testing environment.
