Job Description
Responsible for managing day-to-day operations of Managed Wi-Fi and LAN, including incident and problem management, customer change requests, OEM coordination, and network performance monitoring. Ensures high availability, timely issue resolution, and optimal service delivery through proactive maintenance and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain infrastructure to support network operations and ensure high availability.
- Implement new enhancements and resolve issues promptly.
- Perform proactive and reactive fault management.
- Manage incident handling, including customer communication and timely updates.
- Coordinate with OEMs to address recurring issues and implement fixes through change management processes.
- Track and monitor network performance to minimize service interruptions.
- Manage installation, testing, and maintenance of network equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues to restore services quickly.
- Maintain security operations across all sites.
- Deliver repair and maintenance services to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
