Sr.Engineer ECO/PLM (Electronics Manufacturing Services industry)

Role: Engineer / Sr. Engineer –GBS Engineering

Location : *Pune*

Experience: *5+ years* in **NPI/ECO/PLM engineering**

Industry preferred: *Manufacturing / EMS Hands-on experience in Agile PLM & BAAN)*

Employment Type: *Contract of 9 Months in MNC Electronics manufacturing Company*

Roe Summary:

Manage **ECOs and NPI activities** using **Agile PLM & BAAN** for global manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* End-to-end ECO management(create, track, release)

* Support **NPI / product changes**

* Maintain **BOM, Part Numbers, AML** in Agile & BAAN

* Release engineering & production documents

* Coordinate with Engineering & Materials teams

* Prepare reports, dashboards & metrics

* Drive **root cause analysis & process improvements**

* Handle escalations & cross-functional coordination

Skills:

* ECO / BOM / Part Number management

* Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

* Good communication & coordination skills

* MS Office + basic ERP / RPA awareness

* Knowledge of quality & compliance standards
