Preferred Experience :-

5 - 7 years of experience in avionics / embedded systems

Strong knowledge of:

• UAV avionics
• Embedded systems
• Communication protocols

Required Skills & Tools :-

# Electrical CAD: AutoCAD Electrical, Zuken E3

# Simulation: MATLAB

# Review tools: Altium Designer

Qualifications:-

Bachelor's / Master's in Electrical / Electronics / Aerospace Engineering

Key Responsibilities Areas:-

# System Integration

• Integrate flight controllers:
• Pixhawk
• Cube Orange
• Custom autopilot hardware
• Configure systems using:
• Mission Planner
• Q Ground Control

# Sensor & Hardware Selection

• Select and integrate sensor suites:
• RTK GNSS
• IMU
• Pitot tube
• LiDAR
• Design power distribution and management (PMU) systems
• Perform actuator/servo sizing and integration

# Interfaces & Communication

• Develop Interface Control Documents (ICD) for:
• CAN
• UART
• I2C
• SPI
• Ensure robust communication across subsystems

# Testing & Validation

• Set up Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) simulations using:
• MATLAB / Simulink
• Perform EMI/EMC troubleshooting
• Implement grounding and shielding strategies
