- Supervise and manage mechanical operations, maintenance, or production processes
- Analyze mechanical failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, plans, and technical documents
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely project execution
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols on the shop floor
- Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce production costs
- Prepare reports, maintenance logs, and documentation as required
- Provide technical support and guidance to technicians and junior staff
Educational Qualification:
- BE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)
