About the Role: 

Looking for a strategic communicator and field execution champion ready to drive growth for a global leader in Skid Steer Loaders. We are seeking an energetic Assistant Manager – Market Creation to bridge the gap between our central strategy, regional sales teams, and dealer networks.

In this role, you won't just share market intelligence—you will actively build dealer capability, orchestrate high-impact market activities, and support our dealer partners with the sales enablement tools they need. If you know how to scale a regional success story into a nationwide retail conversion strategy, then you are the right candidate to fit in.

Main Responsibility

• Support market creation and dealer activation activities across regions
• Coordinate demo activities, customer visits, and dealer engagement programs
• Capture demo results, customer applications, and successful field activities
• Develop simplified communication materials and best practice sharing contents
• Support dealer engagement and activity follow-up
• Support product, commercial, and dealer sales capability enhancement activities
• Good knowledge in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint 

What We're Looking For:

• Education qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and MBA in Marketing, or Business-related field
• Proven experience (3 - 8 yrs) in channel marketing, dealer development, or market creation (construction equipment or automobile or auto components or industrial B2B sectors preferred).
• Exceptional coordination and communication skills to align cross-functional field teams.
• A data-driven mindset combined with a passion for grassroots market execution.
• Frequent domestic travel capability (approx. 07 days in a month)
• English mandatory; regional language preferred (Hindi is a plus)
