Job Description:
Min 6 years experience in asset maintenance management with specialization in power system protection of HV transmission power network including transformer protection, transmission line protection, busbar protection, DC system, batteries, chargers & UPS, fault recorder, and associated auxiliaries.Candidates shall have knowledge/experience in the following areas:
Thorough knowledge of relevant international standards, primary and secondary drawings for substations, testing and maintenance of various types of relay panels & DC system
Analysis of trip incidents, failures, alarms, maloperations related to Protection, DC and DFR equipment and propose refurbishment plans
Study of OEM Root cause analysis reports and provide recommendations
Provide recommendation for maintenance, refurbishment and replacement decisions.
Hands on experience on Numerical relays and its functionalities, DC, DFR systems and Energy meters.
Hands on Experience in fault analysis in transmission power networks
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to ensure system reliability through effective monitoring of maintenance activities
Excellent verbal/written communication skills and report writing skills
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Comprehensive understanding of safety protocols and practices in electrical substations
Proficiency in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), asset management standards, asset criticality, and risk management processes
Skilled in using MS Office applications and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), preferably SAP
Experience in overseeing comprehensive maintenance planning, follow-up on maintenance executions, spare parts management, accurate recording of maintenance history, and updating asset registers
Monitoring equipment performance and asset life cycle costs for optimum utilization
