Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Application engineering (Automotive Precision Components)
Program / Project Management (Automotive Precision Components)
New Product Development Piston, Pin and Rings for Internal Combustion Engines
Visit Customer for joint analysis of engine tested components and resolution of issues
Deploy and improve quality management system as per IATF16949
Analytical skills
Failure Analysis
Technical presentation skills
Design FMEA
Design and Developments of Piston, Pins and Rings for Internal Combustion Engines
Up gradation of existing Pistons Assemblies
Application engineering activities for important customers like M/s. Tata Cummins, M/s. Tata Motors etc.,
Investigation / Examination reports on failed / tested parts
Responsible for APQP / PPAP activities and supporting plants
Responsible for Costing of new product and products with engineering changes
Preparation of company standards
IATF 16949 activities / documentation for the projects.
Good knowledge in Microsoft tools like Excel, Power point and Projects
