Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Embedded Firmware Engineer with 45 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain firmware for IoT-based products. The candidate will work closely with hardware, cloud, and product teams to build reliable and scalable embedded systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and debug firmware for embedded systems used in IoT devices.
Work on microcontrollers and embedded platforms for product development.
Develop low-level drivers, communication protocols, and device interfaces.
Integrate embedded firmware with cloud platforms and mobile/web applications.
Troubleshoot and optimize firmware performance, memory usage, and power consumption.
Collaborate with hardware engineers to bring up new boards and resolve hardware-software integration issues.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation of firmware modules.
Support product validation, field testing, and production deployment.
Required Skills:
Strong programming skills in C / C++ for embedded systems.
Experience with Microcontrollers (ARM Cortex, STM32, ESP32, PIC, or similar).
Knowledge of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, MQTT, TCP/IP, BLE, or Wi-Fi.
Experience in RTOS (FreeRTOS or similar).
Understanding of IoT device architecture and connectivity.
Experience with debugging tools like JTAG, Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer.
Familiarity with Git version control and firmware development lifecycle.
Responsible for end to end project execution
Responsible to lead the team
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of OTA firmware updates.
Basic understanding of hardware schematics and PCB design.
Experience in low power firmware optimization.
Education:
B.Tech / B.E / M.Tech in Electronics, Embedded Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
