Key Responsibilities:
Training & Program Management
- Oversee the planning, development, and execution of driving training programs.
- Ensure all instructors follow standard training protocols and curriculum.
- Monitor student progress and implement measures to improve training outcomes.
Operations & Resource Management
- Manage day-to-day operations of the driving school, including scheduling, vehicle allocation, and instructor assignments.
- Ensure maintenance and proper utilization of training vehicles and equipment.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and resource allocation for efficient operations.
Team Management & Development
- Lead, mentor, and supervise driving instructors and support staff.
- Conduct performance appraisals, training, and professional development programs for staff.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with traffic regulations, licensing requirements, and internal safety protocols.
- Conduct safety audits and training for instructors and students.
- Handle incident reporting and corrective actions in case of accidents or violations.
Customer Service & Business Growth
- Address student and parent inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Develop strategies to increase enrollment and improve student retention.
- Promote the driving school through marketing initiatives and community engagement.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, student progress, and instructor performance.
- Prepare reports for senior management on operational performance and KPIs.
- Support audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; a background in management, education, or transport-related field preferred.
- 7–12 years of experience in managing driving schools, training centers, or similar operations.
- Strong knowledge of traffic rules, driving regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling/management tools.
