Roles and Responsibilities :
We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer (SSE) to join our team. As an SSE, you will play a key role in
designing, developing, and implementing software solutions for our projects. The ideal candidate should have strong
expertise in backend and frontend technologies, particularly .NET for backend development and React JS for frontend
development. Additionally, experience working in Agile environments and collaborating effectively within cross-
functional teams is essential.
- Focus on writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code using .NET for backend development and React JS for
- frontend development.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and solutions architects to understand business requirements
- and translate them into functional, high-quality code.
- Develop scalable and efficient software solutions, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Contribute to the technical design and architecture of software solutions, prioritizing code simplicity and
- performance optimization.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to align
- development efforts with project goals.
- Perform thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintain
- consistency across the codebase.
- Assist in documenting design patterns.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Continuously explore and adopt new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve coding efficiency and product quality.
Requirements :
- 6+ years of experience in software development, with hands-on expertise in both backend and frontend technologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Dot Net Backend Development:
Primary Skills:
- .NET Core 6/8: Expertise in developing microservices using .NET Core (6/8) or newer versions.
- C# Programming: Strong proficiency in C#, including writing, optimizing, and maintaining code.
- Microservices Architecture: Deep understanding of distributed microservices architecture principles,
- patterns, and practices. Experience with frameworks like Dapper or Aspire is a plus.
- Debugging with Containers: Skilled in local and remote debugging of containerized applications.
- API Development: Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, and OpenAPI/Swagger for service
- communication.
- Databases: Proficient in working with SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (e.g.,
- MongoDB, Redis).
- ORM: Solid experience with Entity Framework (6+) and writing, optimized LINQ queries.
- Knowledge of DevOps : Kubernetes, Rancher
