The Developer role includes, but may not be limited to, the following responsibilities and deliverables:
Operational Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product development team members to navigate Product feature and other technical complexities
- Deliver simple, elegant, bug-free software that fulfils the requirements defined by the Product team Leaders, adheres to client development methodologies, and meets the defined KPIs for software quality, performance, scalability and security
- Deliver all assigned user stories and bug fixes, on time and to budget
- Produce high quality code documentation and other associated artefacts as required by client development methodologies
- Personally use and test the software as it is being built to ensure it is of the highest quality and which our customers will love, providing continuous improvement feedback as appropriate to the Product team Leaders
- Develop and demonstrate an understanding of the product, including its features, functions, data model, design and architecture
- Participate in Product Showcases to inform and educate stakeholders in the new software
- Stay abreast of trends and technologies and develop ideas for discussion and implementation using clear communication and technical prototypes.

Essential Capabilities
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant field
- Proven experience in Software Development using Agile Methodology
- Proficiency in C#
- Intermediate proficiency in HTML, JavaScript and VB.NET
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally with stakeholders
- Solid problem-solving skills
- English proficiency equivalent to International English Language Testing System (IELTS)
