We are seeking a skilled Domestic IT Recruiter with 2-5+ years of experience in handling end-to-end recruitment for IT roles within the Indian market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical positions across various levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the entire recruitment life cycle for IT positions (sourcing to onboarding)
- Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
- Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
- Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates technical and interpersonal fit
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients/hiring teams
- Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring process
- Maintain candidate databases and generate reports as needed
- Stay updated with current hiring trends and technologies in the IT industry
- Build strong relationships with candidates for future opportunities
Skills
- 5+years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment
- Good understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skills
- Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
Job Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Experience working with ATS or CRM tools
- Prior experience in an IT services or consulting company is a plus
