About the Role

We are hiring for a senior sales leader to drive enterprise growth for a leading global AI company. This role will own strategic accounts across BFSI, Public Sector, and Digital Native businesses, with a clear mandate to build long-term partnerships and drive large, complex deals in the AI/data space.

This is not a volume sales role, it requires consultative selling, and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of large enterprise accounts across assigned sectors
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles for high-value AI, data, and platform-led solutions
  • Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders to position AI-led transformation initiatives
  • Identify and build strategic pipelines, focusing on long-term revenue visibility over transactional wins
  • Partner with internal teams (pre-sales, product, delivery) to craft tailored, high-impact solutions
  • Lead complex deal negotiations, including commercial structuring and contracting
  • Build strong industry connects and market intelligence to shape GTM strategy
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members where applicable

What We're Looking For

  • 12–18+ years of experience in enterprise sales / strategic accounts
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex deals (multi-million / high-value deals)
  • Strong exposure to one or more sectors: BFSI, Public Sector, Digital / Internet companies
  • Experience selling technology-led solutions (AI, data, cloud, SaaS, analytics platforms)
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguous, high-growth environments
  • Strong commercial acumen and structured problem-solving approach
