Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Paid Media Specialist to lead the day-to-day coordination and execution of our digital media campaigns. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure flawless delivery of paid social, third-party media, and digital advertising programs across our global building automation business.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in paid media including paid search, programmatic advertising and paid social. The candidate will have extensive experience setting up, executing, managing, optimizing, and scaling digital campaigns in order to deliver on campaign objectives. The Paid Media Specialist will manage multiple campaigns, ensure media buys are activated on time, within budget, and aligned with strategy, and report results to stakeholders. This is a fast-paced, execution-focused role that requires precision, responsiveness, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the LinkedIn channel for Building Automation
  • Partner with media and creative agencies to execute paid media and social campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, X, Google, programmatic, trade media, etc.)
  • Coordinate and track campaign briefs, timelines, asset delivery, and media placements to ensure flawless execution.
  • Maintain regular communication with marketing teams to align on campaign plans, schedules, and performance feedback.
  • Monitor live campaigns, validate tracking implementation, and proactively address issues or discrepancies.
  • Support optimization efforts by coordinating updates, changes, and adjustments to campaigns with relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in the collection of results and metrics to support post-campaign reporting and performance analysis.
  • Representation of BA in paid media and social media global design programs
  • Point-of-contact into corporate team for media and ensuring alignment with policy and strategy

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media execution, or agency coordination.
  • Solid understanding of media planning and digital advertising platforms (especially paid social).
  • Exceptional project management, communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience collaborating with external agencies and internal marketing teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
