The role involves leading and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns, preferably in B2B tech or SaaS, while collaborating closely with sales and cross-functional teams to strengthen the revenue pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
- Growth & Performance Marketing
- Plan and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and email to drive qualified leads, ROI, and pipeline growth through close collaboration with sales teams.
- SEO & SEM
- Manage end-to-end SEO (keywords, on-page, backlinks, technical audits) and SEM campaigns, continuously optimizing performance, visibility, and cost efficiency.
- Social Media & Content Marketing
- Build and manage content calendars across major social platforms, coordinating with design/content teams to boost engagement, reach, and audience growth.
- Analytics, Automation & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using analytics and automation tools, implement workflows, and deliver actionable insights to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Mentor junior marketers, work cross-functionally with internal teams, and report key performance insights and outcomes to sales leadership.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 24 years of proven experience in digital or performance marketing roles.
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM/marketing automation tools like HubSpot.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills with the ability to generate leads independently.
Good to Have:
- Experience in B2B technology or enterprise software, with preference for Microsoft Dynamics exposure.
- Strong expertise in advanced email marketing and lead-nurturing strategies.
