Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in performance marketing, marketing automation, AI-powered content creation, website management, and creative design tools. The role requires a strategic thinker who can drive lead generation, optimise conversion funnels, and maximise return on marketing investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Plan, manage, and optimise Facebook and LinkedIn PPC campaigns to achieve lead generation and revenue goals.
- Build, monitor, and optimise marketing funnels to improve customer acquisition and conversion rates.
- Track campaign performance using key metrics, including ROI (Return on Investment) and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and provide actionable insights.
- Create and manage engaging marketing content using AI-powered tools and video production platforms.
- Oversee website updates, landing pages, and campaign microsites on Shopify, Wix, and WordPress.
- Design and produce marketing creatives using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Collaborate with sales and business teams to align marketing campaigns with organisational objectives.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to refine marketing strategies.
- Implement SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation best practices where applicable.
- Generate regular performance reports and recommend data-driven improvements.
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications
- 7–8+ years of experience in digital marketing and performance marketing.
- Hands-on expertise with Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaign planning, execution, and optimisation.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead nurturing, and conversion optimisation.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and improve ROI and ROAS across digital campaigns.
- Mandatory experience with AI-powered content and video generation tools, including:
- ElevenLabs
- HeyGen
- Hailuo AI (or similar AI video generation platforms)
- Other AI-based video editing and content creation tools
- Mandatory proficiency with website platforms:
- Shopify
- Wix
- WordPress
- Mandatory proficiency with design tools:
- Canva
- Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or equivalent applications)
- Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing dashboards and reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SEO and SEM Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
