Job Description
- Support Product Owners in gathering, documenting, and refining business and functional requirements for digital initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Assist in facilitating communication between offshore development teams and onsite stakeholders.
- Document current (as-is) and future-state (to-be) process flows using standard templates.
- Participate in identifying gaps, risks, and dependencies under guidance from senior team members.
- Support system integrations by clarifying data requirements and functional expectations with technical teams.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure requirements align with user experience goals.
- Assist in managing day-to-day issue tracking, data validation, and workflow troubleshooting.
- Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases coordinate defect tracking and resolution.
- Prepare basic reports and dashboards to track system performance and operational KPIs.
- Maintain clear documentation and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 4 - 7 Years f experience as a Business Analyst or in a digital delivery role
- Ability to support US working hours (up to 12pm CT overlap as needed).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and user story development.
- Strong documentation and requirement-writing skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, DevOps, or similar task management platforms.
- Basic understanding of digital platforms (eCommerce, SaaS, or PaaS experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams..
