Job Description

Responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned account(s). Manages/coordinates Client projects from planning to completion. May serve as the daily contact between the Agency and the Client. Effectively executes strategies, problem-solves, and develops solid business relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop a digital marketing strategy by analyzing economic indicators, observing trends in supply and demand, recognizing clients and their existing and emerging needs, and tracking competition.
  • Plans and implements all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build and maintain our presence in social media
  • Measures and reports on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies by digital marketing and convinces clients in the same way with the creative team
  • Plan, implement and evaluate experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Optimizes user funnels by identifying important conversion and drop-off points.
  • To ensure that campaign reporting is accurate and well-written, using the appropriate metrics.
